EXCHANGE and RETURN

Our goods are packaged without tags, plastics and excessive packaging. We are committed to providing you with quality products and a pleasant experience.

We accept exchanges of faulty items (before use) or if size does not fit, subjected to size availability. 

Local Transactions

Please note the following steps :

Notify us via hello@lagomkids.com within 3 days upon receipt of parcel

• Return your parcel via registered mail to Lagom Kids at your own cost within 7 days from final acknowledgement by hello@lagomkids.com
• Replacement of faulty item will be sent out within 3-5 working days upon receiving the faculty item via local courier at our cost.
• Replacement of size will be sent out within 3-5 working days upon receiving the faculty item via local courier at your cost.

International Transactions

We accept returns for faulty items only.

Please note the following steps :

• Return your parcel via registered mail to Lagom Kids at your own cost within 7 days from final acknowledgement by hello@lagomkids.com
• Refund of item will be sent out within 5-7 working days upon receiving the faculty item.
